ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.180 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the respondent ( respondent- in-person) submitted that already the trial has been commenced before the trial court. So far, the prosecution has examined P.W.1.
3. After commencement of trial, the quash petition cannot be entertained. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
