67. Safety precaution in oil dispatch pump area.

- The owner, agent or manager of a mine shall ensure that-

(a)all moving parts of a pump are adequately guarded;

(b)the discharge outlet of safety relief valve is fixed with the suction end of the pump;

(c)the engine exhaust is fixed with spark arrestor;
