Section 6(1) in The Goa Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999
(1)For the purposes of this Act, the Government may, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the High Court, by notification, constitute a Special Court in the cadre of a District and Sessions Judge.
