Section 2(1)(b) in The Mango Seed Kernel Grading and Marking Rules, 2017

(b)"authorized packer" means a person or a body of persons who has been granted a certificate of authorization to grade and mark Mango Seed Kernel in accordance with the grade standards and procedure provided under these rules;
