Date of Order::10.07.2014 Hon'ble Ms. Justice Bela M. Trivedi None of the Advocates for the parties is present. It appears that the Advocates have abstained themselves from work today due to the call of strike given by the Bar Association. It has been held by the Apex Court as well as by this Court in the catena of decisions that the Advocates have no right to stop the Court proceedings on the ground that they have decided to strike or boycott the Courts. It is not only unethical but illegal. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed for default.
