Section 1 in The Gujarat Tax on Entry of Specified Goods Into Local Areas Act, 2001
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Gujarat Tax on Entry of Specified Goods into Local Areas Act, 2001.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Gujarat.(3)It shall come into force on the 1st September, 2001.
