Section 11(2) in Andhra Pradesh Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) Rules, 2008
(2)The Register shall be prepared by the occupier of the factory every year and shall be made available for inspection by any grower or by an officer authorized by the Oil Palm Commissioner during the office hours in the office of the factory.
