1. This is an application seeking change of name of the petitioner company in the cause title and substitution of Authorized Representative.
2. Since, the application is formal in nature, the application is allowed and the amended memo of parties and the substitution of AR are taken on record.
3. Since nobody is appearing on behalf of the respondent, issue bailable warrants against the respondents in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- to be executed through the SHO, Daryaganj, returnable on 27.02.2024.
4. The order be communicated to the SHO, Daryaganj.
