10. Term of office of the members.
- The term of the office of the members other than the ex-officio members of the board shall be three years. If a member leaves the State of Rajasthan permanently or absents himself from attending three consecutive meetings without the permission of the board, he shall be deemed to have vacated his seat on the Board and another person may be appointed in his place for the unexpired portion of such members term of office.
