Section 25(3) in The Alipurduar University Act, 2018
(3)No act or proceedings of the Executive Council or any Body of authority constituted by the Executive Council shall be invalid or called in question by reason of the existence of any vacancy, initial or subsequent, in the Executive Council or in any body constituted by the Executive Council, as the case may be.
