29. Continuance of action taken under Bengal Ordinance II of 1943.
- Any rules made or anything done or any action taken or any proceedings commenced in exercise of any power conferred by or cinder the Bengal Vagrancy Ordinance, 1943, shall, on the said Ordinance ceasing to be in operation, be deemed to have been made, done, taken or commenced in exercise of powers conferred by or under this Act as if this Act had commenced on the 30th day of July, 1943.
