Section 12(1) in The Rajasthan Lokayukta and Up-Lokayuktas Act, 1973
(1)If, after investigation of any action in respect of which a complaint involving an allegation has been or can be or could have been made, the Lokayukta or an Up-Lokayukta is satisfied that such allegation can be substantiated either wholly or partly, he shall by report in writing communicate his findings and recommendations alongwith the relevant documents, materials and other evidence to the competent authority.
