Section 36 in The Orissa State Electricity (Supply) Rules, 1962
36. Right to transfer securities.
- Subject to these rules and the terms on which the security is issued the holder of any security may transfer the same in whole or in part, except that no mortgage or bond not secured by a trust deed shall be transferred in part, and no part of a bond secured by a trust deed shall be transferred which is not of an amount for which a bond may be issued by the Board.
