Section 36(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
(1)Where an order is passed under clause (a) of sub-rule (3) under rule 35 or the continuation of the poll in the polling station where the poll was adjourned shall be arranged to be proceeded afresh with all the packets containing the marked copy of the electoral roll ballot boxes and other materials required for the poll made by the Presiding Officer at the time of adjournment of poll.
