1. By way of this application, the petitioner is seeking exemption from filing certified copies of the annexures.
2. The application is allowed and accordingly disposed of. W.P.(CRL) 1908/2022 & CRL.M.A. 16538/2022 (Stay)
3. The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution Of India read with section 482 of The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 Cr.PC for settling aside order dated 19.07.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Lokayukta in complaint case bearing no. C-4415/LOK/2022 titled as Lokayukta on its own motion-re news item about sting operation.
4. Issue notice to the office of Lokayukta through all permissible modes on taking necessary steps by the petitioner within two weeks from today, returnable on 14.10.2022.
5. It is made clear that the entire proceedings conducted in pursuance of notice dated 01.06.2022 shall be the subject to outcome of this writ petition.
