Section 48 in The Madhav University, Pindwara (Sirohi) Act, 2014
48. Repeal and savings.
(1)The Madhav University, Pindwara (Sirohi) Ordinance, 2013 (Ordinance No. 29 of 2013) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done, actions taken or orders made under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken or made under this Act.
