JULY 08, 2025 . The present Application is filed by the Petitioner for grant of permission to bring on record the subsequent events by way of amendment.

(2) It is submitted that during the pendency of the instant Writ Petition, various events which have a direct bearing on the controversy involved in the instant Petition have taken place. It is submitted that promotions have been granted to other employees, though they are juniors to the Petitioner.

(3) Accordingly, the Petitioner seeks permission to add the Regulatory Body i.e. National Commission for Indian System of Medicine as the party Respondent No. 5. The Petitioner also seeks permission to add Paragraph Nos. 16-B to 16-DD, so also to add the promoted candidates as Respondent Nos. 9 to 12. The Petitioner also seeks permission to add prayer clauses (i-a) to (i-d) with regard to quashing and setting aside the promotion orders issued by the Respondent No. 3. (4) The fact of promotion is not denied by the Respondents. In our considered view, there is no impediment in allowing the Application to bring on record the subsequent events. As such, the Application is allowed.

(5) Similarly, another Application bearing Civil Application (W) No. 1434/2025 for amendment is tendered by the Petitioner across the bar which is taken on record and accepted. In this Application, the Petitioner prays to add Paragraph Nos. 16EE and 16FF and prayer clauses (1-aa) and (1-e).

(6) As the promoted candidates are already permitted to be added as party Respondents in the Writ Petition, the Civil Application (W) No. 1434/2025 is also allowed. Permission is granted to amend the ..A..

Petition as prayed for in the amendment Applications. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of two days from today. Copies of the amended Petition be supplied to the Respondents. (7) Issue notice to the added Respondents, returnable on 31/07/2025. (8) If the Respondents want to file reply to the amended portion, they may file the same within a period of two weeks from today. (9) The Applications stand disposed of.
