Section 14(1) in The Bharat Hydro Power Corporation Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1996
(1)The State Government shall, for the purposes of Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 15 and 26, constitute, by order in writing, a Commission headed by a sitting or retired High Court Judge.
