(5)The President of the Gram Nirman Samiti shall be deemed to be public servant under Section 111 of the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam, 1993 (No. 1 of 1994), for all the construction works performed by him.
