Section 22(1) in Gujarat District Planning Committees Rules, 2016
(1)On the day next succeeding the last date fixed under rule 12 for withdrawal of candidature, the Returning Officer shall prepare and publish in Form V, a list of contesting candidates, whose nomination papers have been finally accepted and,who have not withdrawn their candidature within the specified period.
