ORAL ORDER
Mr. Gandhi, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners informs that in all, there are fourteen petitions involving the common issue as regards the allotment of plots to the employees of the City Civil Court at Ahmedabad. However, today, only one petition has been notified on Board.
The Registry is directed to tag all fourteen petitions and notify the same on Board on 21st September 2017 on top of the Board.
The learned A.G.P. appearing for the State respondent shall, in the meantime, take appropriate instructions as regards the current status of the issue in question.
