Section 1 in The Merchant Shipping (Continuous Discharge Certificate) Rules, 2017
1. Short title, commencement and application.
(1)These rules may be called the Merchant Shipping (Continuous Discharge Certificate) Rules, 2017.(2)They shall come into force after one hundred and eighty days from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.(3)They shall apply to Indian citizen, who fulfill the eligibility conditions specified under rule 4 of these rules.
