Section 31(5)(e) in The Maharashtra University of Health Sciences Act, 1998

(e)The committee shall obtain three sets of question papers in sealed covers in the respective subject. The Chairperson of the committee shall draw at random one such sealed covers containing question papers. This sealed cover with seal intact shall then be sent to the press.
