68. Preparation of a Mining Plan by a Recognised Qualified Person.
(1)A mining plan shall be prepared by a Recognised Qualified Person (RQP), recognised in this behalf by the Director or an officer authorised by him, or by a person recognized by the Central Government or an officer authorized by the Central Government in this behalf under the provisions of rule 22 B of the Mineral Concession Rules, 1960.(2)The Director shall specify all such persons who are so recognised by him under sub-rule (1) above and keep such a list of persons published and updated on the website of the department.
