Section 18(1) in The Rajasthan Administrative Service Rules, 1954
(1)The examination shall be conducted by the Commission and in accordance with the syllabus prescribed in. Schedule III;Provided that the syllabus may be revised by Government from time to time as it may deem fit in consultation with the Commission.
