Section 3(5) in Karnataka Ayurvedic, Naturopathy, Siddha, Unani And Yoga Practitioners' Registration And Medical Practitioners' Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1961
(5)The President of the Board shall be elected by the members from amongst themselves in such manner as may prescribed:Provided that in the case of the first constitution of the Board, the President shall be appointed by the State Government.
