(3)The State Government, in consultation with the District Magistrate of the concerned district, may prepare a list containing the names and addresses of the Conciliation Officers for the respective Sub-Division of a district :Provided that for Kolkata district, the State Government, in consultation with the Presiding Officer of the Appellate Tribunal of the concerned district, may prepare a list containing the names and addresses of the Conciliation Officers.
