Since respondent no.2 is represented through counsel,
there is no need to issue notice to respondent no.2.
Let notice be issued to other respondents on payment of process fee within a period of three working days, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that interim protection has been granted in petitions involving issue of similar nature, orders of which have been placed on record.
Therefore, following the principle of parity, the operation and effect of the impugned orders vide P-1, P-2 and P-16 dated 25.05.2017, 1.06.2017 and 16.06.2017 respectively so far they relate to the college governed by the petitioner herein shall remain stayed provided that the said college otherwise complies with the minimum requirements under the NCTE Act, Rules, Regulations and Norms framed thereunder.
