- The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act 5 of 1908) or in any other law for the time being in force or any custom, usage or contract or decree or order of a Court or other authority except in cases of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (Central Act 15 of 2003) and the Fugitive Economic Offenders Act, 2018 (Central Act 17 of 2018).
