11. The Selection Committee shall arrange the seniority of the candidates
recommended by it in accordance with the length of service rendered by them inthe cadre to which they belong at the time of their initial recruitment to theservIce.Provided, that the inter-se seniority as already fixed in such cadre shall notbe altered.
