ORDER (ORAL)
Justice Permod Kohli :-
The applicants No 1 to 6 are presently working as Assistant Nursing Superintendents whereas others have retired from the same post. Their claim in the present OA is for grant of grade pay of Rs.6600 in PB3 on completion of 30 years of service. The Govt. of India had issued OM dated 09.09.2016 granting the grade pay of 6600 in Pay Band 3. The respondents had earlier not implemented the said OM. Now, vide order dated 14.10.2016, the NCT of Delhi has implemented the OM dated 09.09.2016 issued by the Govt. of India. A short affidavit filed in this regard also indicate that the respondents have endorsed the OM dated 09.09.2016 for grant of GP of 6600 in PB 3 under the MACP. 3 OA No.2272/2016
2. In this view of the matter, the main relief claimed in para 8(b) of the OA stands granted. However, the actual financial benefit has to be released. This OA is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the financial benefits within two months, if not already released.
