Section 12(5) in Prevention of Blackmarketing & Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Rajasthan Conditions of Detention) Order, 1980
(5)Detenue shall' be allowed to read books from the Jail library. They shall be allowed to get books from out side at their own expenses provided the books are of non political character and approved by the Superintendent. Detenue may be permitted to buy such newspapers, periodicals and magazines as may be approved by the Government.
