Section 28(iii) in The Rajasthan Municipal Service Rules, 1963
(iii)that the seniority inter-se of persons appointed to posts in a particular grade by promotion shall follow the orders in which they have been placed in the list prepared under sub-rule [(4)] [Inserted by Notification No. Tax/F. 10(a) LSG/75/ 61623-31 dated 11-8-1975, Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Part IV-C dated 12-8-1975, page 199] of rule 25; and
