Section 44A(1) in The Orissa Panchayat Samiti Election Rules, 1991
(1)Within three days of declaration of the result of the election of the Chairman under Rule 44 or failure of election under Rule 39, the Election Officer shall issue a notice in Form No. 16, notifying the date, time and place of election to the office of the Vice-Chairman.
