43. Power to give directions.
- Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of this Act, the State Authority for Clinical Establishment shall have the power to issue directions to the clinical establishments regarding furnishing returns, statistics or any other information to it or the District Authority for Clinical Establishment, as it may require.
