1. Short title, Extent and commencement:
(1)These rules may be called the Andhra Pradesh Fire Prevention and Safety Measures for Highrise Hospital Buildings Rules, 2011.(2)They shall be applicable in all Municipal Areas and Urban Development Areas and Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Area in the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)They shall come into force on such date/dates as may be specified by the Government
