Section 7(1) in Kerala Recognition of Trade Unions Act, 2010
(1)Any Trade Union, the certificate for recognition of which has been withdrawn or cancelled under section 6 or any Trade Union aggrieved by the refusal to issue certificate for recognition by the Registrar under section 5 may within a period of three months from the date of such withdrawal or cancellation or refusal and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, prefer an appeal before the authority specified by Government in this behalf.
