Section 2(1)(o) in Andhra Pradesh Distillery (Manufacture of Indian made Foreign Liquor other than Beer and Wine) Rules, 2006

(o)"Maximum Retail Price (MRP)" means the price to be indicated by the Andhra Pradesh Beverages Corporation Limited or any other agency authorized by the Government for declaring on each variety of label by the manufacturers of Indian Made Foreign Liquor as required under Section 39 of Standards of Weights and Measures Act, 1976 and as defined in Clause © of Rule 2 of the Standards of Weights and Measures (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 1977.
