112. The Board to be a local authority under Act 1 of 1894 and Act 9 of 1914.
- The Board shall be deemed to be a local authority for the purposes of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act I of 1894) and the Local Authorities Loans Act, 1914 (Act 9 of 1914).
