(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions the washing facilities shall include-(a)a trough with taps or jets at intervals of not less than two feet, or(b)wash-basins with taps attached thereto, or(c)taps on stand-pipes, or(d)showers controlled by taps, or(e)circular trough of the fountain type:Provided that the Inspector may, having regard to the needs and habits of the workers, fix the proportion in which the aforementioned types of facilities shall be installed.
