Section 6(ii) in The SreeNarayanaGuru Open University Act, 2021
(ii)to conduct examination and evaluation in various courses of study and to award certificates, diplomas, degrees, post graduate degrees, reasearch degrees and other academic distinctions as may be prescribed by Statutes;
