Section 26(a) in The U.P. Scheduled Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 1989
(a)to inspect any stocks of scheduled commodities, books, accounts or other documents pertaining to any scheduled commodities with a view to ensuring that no contravention of this Order is being made and for purposes of such inspection enter any premises used or believed to be used for the sale or distribution or storage of scheduled commodities;
