Section 56 in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
56. Removal of difficulties -
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of thisAct, the Government may, by order, published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette make such provision or give such direction, not inconsistent with the purposes of this Act,as appears to them to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.Provided that no such power shall be exercised after the expiry of a period of two years from the commencement of this Act.(2)Every order made under this section shall be laid, as soon as it is made, before each house of the State Legislature.
