Section 141I(4) in Rajasthan Land Revenue Act 1956
(4)For the purposes of the inquiry aforesaid the Assistant Records Officer shall have power to summon and enforce the attendance of witnesses and compel the production of documents by the same means and in the same manner as is provided in the case of a Court under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act V of 1908).
