(2)This section and sections 2, 3,4,9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 35, 43, 44, 45 and 49 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th gay of September 1981 and the rest of this Act shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
