(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)the fiscal indicators to the prescribed for the purpose of sub-section (2) of Section 3 and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 5;(b)the form the medium Term Fiscal Plan referred to in sub-section (5) of Section 3 and sub-section (2) of Section 5; and(c)any either matter which is required to be, or may be, prescribed.
