27. Consequences of absence of Chairman, Vice-Chairman or member without leave.
- Subject to the rules made by the Government in this behalf, a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman or a member, as the case may be, who absents himself from three consecutive meetings of the Marketing Board without leave of the Marketing Board, shall cease to be a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman or a member, as the case may be.
