Section 23(2) in The Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014
(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.The Schedule(See section 15 (3)]I, _______________________ having been appointed Chief Commissioner/Commissioner in the Right to Service Commission, Haryana, swear in the name of God that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by law established. That I will uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India. That I will duly and faithfully and to the best of my ability, knowledge and judgment perform the duties of my office without fear or favour, affection or ill-will and I will uphold the Constitution of India and the laws made thereunder.
