Section 11(1) in The Punjab Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2012
(1)An application by the opposite party, under the proviso to sub-section(5) of section 5 to implead any other child or relative of the applicant shall be filled on the first date of hearing and notice there of shall issued to such a child or relative in accordance with rule 5.Provided that no such application shall be entertained after the first hearing unless the opposite party shows sufficient cause for filing the same at a later stage.
