Section 38(1) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961
(1)If a market committee fails to make, in respect of the market area under its management, the necessary bye-laws under section 37 within a period of six months from the date of its constitution, the Director may make such bye-laws and may also provide punishment for the contravention thereof in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 37.
